Manner Moments

Igniting Self Confidence

For young people aged three to 23, there’s a way to learn good manners and proper etiquette while having fun.  No eye-rolling!  It’s true. The unique programming offered by Personal Breakthru gives kids of any age the gift of self-confidence that empowers them for success.

“The goal is to make a difference in each individual’s life,” says founder and president Melissa Boyce. “We are really building character in young people, so they can achieve and feel comfortable in their own skin.”

Personal Breakthru provides training – called an “experience”—at various levels: for preschoolers ages 3-5, students ages 6-10, teens 11 to 15 and 16-18 as well as for college students of any age.

“It’s very hands-on,” explains Boyce. “I don’t do much talking, it’s more practice.”

Imagine a four-year old able to sit still at the dinner table and use the proper utensils, or a teen who confidently shakes hands, makes eye contact and carries on a meaningful conversation without resorting to text messaging. These and other accomplishments are possible with Personal Breakthru.
